Uniworld: The Ultimate Cruise Ships for River Sails!

The benefits of cruising with Uniworld have no comparison. They have it all when it comes down to providing comfort for their passengers.

Sea cruising has everyone with their eyes set on it. The demand from tourists is as huge as airplane travels today. What I’m trying to say here is that travelers are looking to get the same amount of enjoyment (or more) in sea cruising than the inland experience itself. The trouble with sea cruising is that not everyone can cruise for so long. Some can barely afford a weekend getaway. Luckily for them, there’s the
river cruising as well!
If you want to know all about the river cruising check out this link; as for this entry, I’ll be focusing on a particular cruise line that’s been getting a lot of demand lately: Uniworld Boutique River Cruises.
But what’s the fuss over Uniworld? Well, not only they are the world’s ONLY boutique cruise line on the run, but they’re also the best when it comes down to offer luxury and comfort to their customers. In the matter of itineraries and destinations, Uniworld stands out as a cruise line featuring places such as Egypt, Russia, Europe, and Asia.
They’ve been in business for 40 years now, meaning that their role in the touristic industry is known and trusted around the world. If you need more evidence of their excellence, you can check more than 1700 reviews of customers who’ve sailed with them. They’re the ultimate proof of their labor in cruising.
Last year, Uniworld was recognized as both the World’s Best River Cruise Line, according to the Travel + Leisure awards program, and the Best Luxury River Cruise Line, in the Editor’s Picks awards from Cruise Critic (and other three awards, as well). This river cruise line doesn’t just excel in awards; customers who’ve lived the experience also recognize Uniworld as the best choice for their vacations.
Is there anything else you need to get convinced into trying this cruise line for the first time? If you were thinking about offers, they have that too! With early booking, you can get savings for groups and solo travelers, and full payment savings as well.
Now that every aspect’s been covered, all you need to do is choose. But before doing so, I have one last recommendation (and perhaps the best one): contact Cruise Planners – Jason Hantman now to get assistance and the best offers for the river cruise ship of your liking. Don’t let any detail slip in your experience. With them, you’ll be getting the best advice for your comfort both in the journey and upon arrival!
All Uniworld ships are very intimate, they also offer accommodations and gratuitiess on board for travelers.

Delta Queen: The National Treasure of River Cruising

This is the last steam-powered ship out there.
Historical landmarks are widespread throughout the world, and all of these hold a special meaning to the country where they belong. For example, the Boston Light and the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad are both examples of national historic landmarks, as both were designated by the National Register of Historic Places, in 1964 and 2012 respectively. By now, you must be assuming that historical landmarks are limited to places and constructions, but let me show you that there’s a cruise so important that it became a landmark.
National historical landmarks don’t necessarily need to be sites and structures to fit the “landmark” canon: objects are also part of the recognition criteria of the United States Government. Do you want to know which was the cruise I was referring to before? It’s the Delta Queen.
But, how come a cruise earned such recognition? Before answering this, let’s put some context on this cruise ship. Back in the early 20th century, the Delta Queen was born, when ships were powered by steam engines and the trade on the Mississippi River was dominated by steamboats. In 1926, the ship was built in Stockton, California. At first, it did a regular service between San Francisco and Sacramento, but it didn’t take long until California Transportation Company drove it out of service and then sold to the Isbrandtsen Steamship Lines to be used on a different route.
From that moment until today, the Delta Queen ownership changed several times, from the Greene Line to the Delta Queen Steamboat Co. A curious fact about this ship is that, before being bought by its last owner, it was a floating hotel docked in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The ship was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970, then subsequently declared a National Historic Landmark in 1989. This recognition was earned thanks to the countless years of service the ship had accomplished, and the efforts of Bill Muster and Betty Blake to maintain it on business.
There are many amazing stories behind certain ships, and these add more to their value when you travel on them. Nowadays many are sailing out there, and it’s hard to know the past behind each one of them but, as long as you continue to travel, you shall discover it yourself. Cruise Planners – Jason Hantman can help you make a choice as to which cruise to take if you’re looking for the best one (river or sea). Just contact them to get the best options and offers for you to travel!
This ship was declared a "National Treasure" by the National Trust for Historic Preservation on September 1989.

Avalon Waterways: Enjoy the Marvels of the European Rivers

There are many reasons to try Avalon for your cruise experience, but the most important one is that through Avalon you'll be able to enjoy an unique experience.

River cruising has earned a lot of popularity in the tourism industry, gaining attention from travelers worldwide. Because of the
advantages when comparing it to ocean cruises, many customers seek this option. They know that their trip will be worth the while. Avalon Waterways is one of the reasons this industry has been so successful. Journey along with them, and you’ll see just how enjoyable your experience will be.
Rivers are notoriously calmer than oceans, and this is why most travelers who suffer from seasickness opt to get in river cruises instead. River cruises are shorter and less complicated to plan: it is far easier to get on a weekend river cruise than a  full week ocean cruise. So, for those who are too busy and cannot afford that amount of time, short cruises live up to their needs.
A short trip doesn’t mean you will enjoy less, in this sense, Avalon Waterways are responsible for providing what the river cruise industry needs: elegance, spots to relax and the most spacious staterooms no other river cruise Europe can give. Inside their ships, you will find everything was designed meticulously with a contemporary décor, you’ll feel just like a premium member of the cruise.
Avalon Panorama was the industry’s first Suite Ship® that managed to redefine river cruise experiences by adding two full decks of suites featuring Wall-to-Wall Panoramic Windows that turn the living space into Open-Air Balconies. These Panorama Suites break the standards as they are 30% larger than the normal. Waking up to such views every morning soothes the spirit while feeling the gentle breeze blowing into your stateroom will only improve the scenery.
Every new vessel delivers a unique opportunity for travelers of all tastes. Whether you’re looking to get an extended exploration or a romantic break, you’ll have the best cruise for each choice.
Cruising is what it is, not because of the destinations (or at least not entirely), but because of the benefits, you’ll get as you sail on the cruise you chose. This is why Avalon is the answer travelers often choose for their river cruise journeys, and perhaps you should too! But before you go, make sure you contact Cruise Planners – Jason Hantman to get the best prices for your trips and land vacations, it will pay off!
With Avalon, you'll be able to enjoy each destination like was meant only for you.

The River Cruise Experience

River cruises are a different way of cruising, with excursions through many ports of interest for tourism.

The familiarity of customers with the classic ways of transportation in the 21st century can be noticeable: the use of planes, cruise ships, and subway for rapid transporting is very common nowadays. With a routine that demands a lot of time, the already named means of transport serve as an intermediary vessel to save time and get to our desired destination immediately.
But when it’s about escaping the routine, things are very different. Passengers who go on a vacation trip wish the time would slow down as they travel, so they can see the marvels of the place they’re heading. That feeling of time going slow can only be found in cruise experiences and more specifically, in river cruising.
Compared to the sea cruises, the river cruise experience offers a different approach that is based on a slow, calm excursion through the rivers. The routes of river cruises are also different, the time factor between stops varies depending on the trip. River cruises are also shorter experiences when compared to a week on a cruise ship over the seas; this comes as an opportunity for those who have no time and can only afford a day to relax.
River cruise ships are smaller because of the size of the streams, but their capacity can round up from 90 to 250 passengers, depending on the cruise. The atmosphere of river cruises is more friendly and intimate, making it a perfect opportunity for couples who seek for some privacy.
The sights of the riverside depend on the ship’s route, you can enjoy the beauty of the Nile or the Mississippi in one excursion, and this depends on where you’re located. River cruise ships are now in many parts of the world due to the increasing demand in the industry: Asia, Europe, Australia, America, and Africa have river cruise ships with incorporated accommodations and different routes.
The expansion of the touristic sector is not limited to the sea, river or air. If there’s a need from the tourists in a particular place, it won’t be long until someone covers it. The tourism business success is based on giving visitors the comfort to enjoy the experience they’re living, making sure they never forget the journey. Cruise Planners – Jason Hantman offers the best advice to plan your trips, where to go, and how to improve your traveling experience. Contact them to get the proper assistance in the matter.
The experience of river cruises is calmer than ocean cruises. Sailings are slower than regular sea trips, and motion sickness is unlikely to occur.
