Travel Advisors: Personalized Specialists

Travel specialists can provide you all the tools you need to make your trip enjoyable and stress-free.
The passion for traveling is not something the travel industry created itself, the curiosity for discovering new things is inherent in all of us. Just the thrill of being somewhere entirely different, surrounded by different people with their customs and traditions, it’s worth the investment.
Just the experience of traveling is unique by itself, but what if I told you that your trip could be even greater than it is? It actually can, with travel advisors by your side, making the trip more valuable. Travel consultants are the best human resource the tourism industry has today; their work makes them a necessary asset for business.
Social media also plays an essential part in this process. Travel advisors also seek for innovative ways to create engagement about the service they offer, via blogging or media advertising. Their goal is that clients like you, who need help to set plans for vacations or holiday trips, get assisted on which decisions or routes are appropriate to take.
The Internet has almost every detail about world destinations; anybody can just search what they want to know on Google. With such information overload, it’s hard to decide which option to select. Tourists need more than just seeing a “top 10 of marvelous destinations” or “best-rated hotels throughout the world”, they need a professional who can guide them and offer alternatives.
If you want to carry out your trip without any complications and get your schedule altogether, having a travel advisor is the best and only way to do it. The price for getting counseling from experts is nothing when compared to the benefits you’ll earn in advance. With travel advisors,  such as those Cruise Planners – Jason Hantman will provide, there won’t be room for regrets but comfort and joy instead.
The job of a travel advisor is to assure you the best experience from the moment you make your reservation.

The First Airport’s Sensory Room in Europe

This airport made this sensory room to make kids with special needs feel comfortable, as a way to help them and their parents.

Travelers usually want the best conditions when going on trips outside: the costs must be equal to the benefits the airport or cruise will offer to the customers. Most families need to feel comfortable in the place they’ll be around while waiting for their departure, this is why places such as airports must be equipped properly to give their passengers the best environment possible.

In the case of families with autistic children, providing a place for their kids to feel comfortable with will be the best way to convince parents to go for it. The good news is that thanks to an initiative by Adam & Friends, a sensory room has been implemented in the Shannon airport.

This European airport in Ireland features a new room with the possibility for children to relax while waiting for their flight. With many child-friendly items that adapt to kids with special needs, making it a great distraction. As airports are very noisy and busy most of the time, this rooms provides the silence your children need with the tools provided for them to enjoy as amusement.

This new room is already available as it opened on April 2nd, which was coincidentally the start of the Awareness Month and the World Autism Day.

The goal of the Shannon Airport is to raise the awareness and the implementation of more places for children to feel comfortable through Europe and the world. With initiatives like these, parents won’t be feeling worried or dissuaded to travel with their kids, creating opportunities for the little ones to enjoy. Tourism is not only about the destination: If you offer your customers comfort from the very moment they decide to make a reservation, you’ll be having clients loyal to the services you offer.
The idea is to expand this initiative to other airports and create consciousness about the need for spaces like this one.

Venice: The Floating City

Known as La Basilica di San Marco, this cathedral is an example of the Venetian wealth.

Italy’s history and its changes through time have been one of the most discussed topics among historians. The foundations of the Roman Empire started in the early years of Italy with the joining of the Italic tribes that formed the first Roman Kingdom.

The influence the Roman Empire continued through history, with the rise of the first king of Italy. Afterward, the Italian Peninsula went under many dynastic and non-dynastic periods, and it wasn’t until the year 1453, that the Roman Empire ended with the Fall of Constantinople. With the Renaissance, the rising of humanism began in Italy: Leonardo Da Vinci and Niccolò Machiavelli were among the minds that flourished during this period, further becoming an influence in the culture of Italy.

The birth of Venice is part of this period’s history, as originally this city was annexed by the Austrian Empire. Nonetheless, it became part of the Kingdom of Italy in 1866. The beauty of this town was well known across all Europe, being the most elegant and further influencing art, architecture, and literature.

Saint Mark’s Basilica, also known as the Church of Gold, is one example of the beauty this city has to offer. From the outside to the inside, this church is a work of art: the interior has influences of the Constantinople’s Church, with a presbytery filled with statues influenced by the Gothic style. The exterior is full of statues, and up in the large central window you can see the St. Mark symbol (a winged lion), and above it, there’s a book quoting: “Pax Tibi Marce Evangelista Meus” which translates to “Peace to you Mark, my evangelist.”

There a connection between this Church and the Gallerie dell’Accademia, as most of the original compositions of the mosaics and paintings are found in Gentile Bellini’s great "Procession in Piazza San Marco". This museum gallery is housed in the Scuola della Carità on the south bank of the Grand Canal inside the sestiere of Dorsoduro. There are many beautiful paintings exposed in this museum, most of them influenced by religion as many of the painters are from the Renaissance period.

The art and culture from Venice owe lots of their roots to the strong influence the Renaissance had in Italy. As pioneers of this movement, the art of humanism is something that can be felt when visiting Venice as well. This destination is a must for anyone, no matter their cultural interests. Contact with Cruise Planners – Jason Hantman to check and set your traveling course now.
This is a museum gallery of the pre 19th-century that features masterpieces of the Venetian history and art.

Paris: Center of Art

It is the city's most famous place for tourists, named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel.

France, declared a center of philosophy, arts, and science, is one of the most influential countries regarding tourism in the world. This country’s history is marked by the influence of Celtics and the constant fights with the Romans for territory back in the 6th century B.C.

Many of the icons and brilliant minds in areas like painting, architecture, science, literature, and philosophy are credited to the French, further proving the diversity and strength of their culture in the world.

The capital of France, Paris, is by far the best example and image of this country. As the most populous city, it’s one of the main centers of commerce, leading the economic activity of France. In the area of tourism, Paris has managed to stay healthy, and many visitors still visit the city looking for the many touristic places it offers. The Eiffel Tower, for example, remains as one of the most visited monuments in the world along with the Avenue des Champs-Élysées and Basilique du Sacré-Coeur.

This observation tower was built in 1887 by the engineer Gustave Eiffel (who also helped in the structural realization of the Statue of Liberty) and is the tallest structure in Paris. The tower consists of three levels: the first and second levels are exclusive for the restaurants, and the third level is the observation post.

Paris also holds the world’s largest museum: The Louvre, a historical monument located in the Louvre Palace. This museum was originally built as a fortress in the late 12th century, but due to the urban expansion of the city, the building changed its purpose and became a place to display the royal collection. After the Académie Royale de Peinture et de Sculpture and the Académie des Inscriptions et Belles Lettres occupied the building, it started to become the museum it is today. With approximately 38.000 objects in an exhibition from various periods of time, the Louvre is also the world’s most visited museum.

It doesn’t come as a surprise that Paris gets so much attention from tourists and so many visitors every year: the culture and historical monuments make it a place that almost every person would wish to visit. Cruise Planners – Jason Hantman knows the places tourists look for when cruising and traveling outside, contact them, and you’ll get a complete list of alternatives.
This beautiful museum is filled with thousands of collections from different time periods. It is also the world's most visited museum.

Marseille: City of Wonders

As the city's best-known symbol, this basilica has been in constant restorations and changes. It is a historical place with a beautiful view.

As the second largest city in France, Marseille represents one of the most important centers for trading in the entire region, and the reason is mainly that of the commercial trade in the port of the French Republic. The culture of this city is very different from the rest of France, with various historical museums, cinemas, clubs and an opera house.

The influence of art can be noticeable, with a large number of theaters and art galleries that make this city a place of interest for tourism. The Notre-Dame de la Garde is a highly featured place for visitors and is a symbol of the Roman Catholicism in Marseille. This basilica was the replacement of a church with the same name, built in 1214 and restored in the 15th century. The peaceful sight this church offers is one of the main reasons for the increasing number of visitors this basilica has (nearly a million a half tourists).

Another place that draws the attention of most tourists in Marseille is the Château d’If, a fortress created in 1524 that is located one kilometer from the Marseille bay. This fort was planned to serve as a strategic location to defend from sea attacks, and even though it looked healthy enough, it had many weak spots. Afterward, the fortress became a prison for political and religious detainees, all sorted according to their class and wealth.

The prison stopped being used as such in the 19th and opened to the public in 1890. Thanks to Alexandre Dumas, the prison became internationally famous back in that century, as he wrote The Count of Monte Cristo based on this prison.

Marseille’s culture can be perceived as unique: most of its culture is the living example of it: both the basilica and the Château are just a glimpse of the places you can visit. The diversity this city’s got to offer is one of the main reasons the tourism is so profitable there. If you’re willing to set this place as your destination, make your reservations now with Cruise Planners – Jason Hantman, access their website and get a look at the options and offers they have just for you.
It was once one of the most notorious prisons in France, almost compared with the Alcatraz prison in California.
